Professional Service Fees
Dabbagh and Associates understands the enormous cost associated with cases of international child abduction. In order to make professional services affordable, Dabbagh and Associates keeps fees low, and participates in a number of programs structured to allow service access to those whom may otherwise not be able to access our professional services.
Mediation/Negotiation Services
All of Dabbagh & Associates negotiators are trainied, experienced and certified mediators with additional training and certification in areas of family/domestic relations and/or international child abduction.
Professional Service Fees for Negotiation/Mediation:
$150.00 USD per hour
* Client's are not repsonsible for payment of professional fees if the courts have referred the case for mediation to us.
Risk Assessment/ Expert Testimony
Dabbagh is a nationally recognized expert on international child abduction and has been qualified as an expert in the courts of more than a dozen states since 1997. Dabbagh has been qualified under "Daubert/Fry". Expert testimony is typically associated with litigation in efforts to prevent the possible abduction of a child. Dabbagh provides risk assessments and court testimony to determine if a risk exists, is so, to what extent, and provides information on: passports, visa, foreign entry requirements, dual nationality, international treaty, federal law and more.
Dabbagh & Associates does contract services with legal aid. There is no fee assessed to the parent when Dabbagh & Associates are contracted by Legal Aid.
Risk assessment & court tetimony:
$2,500.00 plus travel expenses

Notary Services are provided for walk-in only. Hours are:
