Does Dabbagh & Associates take cases outside of the United States?

Dabbagh & Associates works worldwide to provide professional services. Exception would apply to regions where travel is restricted, dangers or risk are deemed to be unacceptable or other unusual circumstance that would limit our ability to work effectively in a specific region.

Who pays for professional Services?

The contracting agency or individual is responsible for fulfilling financial contractual obligations to Dabbagh & Associations. They include legal aid, private law firms, NGO's, goverment agencies, individuals or any other contracting party. Services are paid in USD. Fees are dependent on services.

What if I cannot afford professional services?

Dabbagh and Associates has provided services for such agencies as legal aid. Because our services are humanitarian based, we strive to assist as many as we can, including many that cannot afford professional services. Dabbagh and Associates does provide a large amount of professional service free of charge in specific circumstances.

I need a recovery agent. I spoke with two. Both said they would and could do an aggressive recovery. My problem is that they both quoted me over eighty thousand dollars and there was no guarantee. How does this compare with what you do?

Dabbagh and Associates does not use aggressive, covert, recovery tactics in recovery operations. We believe that establishing open communication, negotiation and building a cooperative support team consisting of multiple agencies and individuals, allows for effective crisis resolution. We never quote a price until after we have determined we can even assist you with a high likelihood of success. Translated...that means it may be days after an initial consult that we are able to make that determination. If we are confident that we can assist, we quote according to estimated costs that are itemized in advance. This does not guarantee that estimated cost of services will not be higher or lower thatn the actual cost.

Where do I go to get a professional referral to retain Dabbagh & Associates?

Not all services require a professioal referral. Services such as authentications, translations, apostille, and consults are available without a professional referral.

Typically, individuals request risk assessments, profiling, expert witness testimony, and/or case support, need to have their attorney of record contact Dabbagh & Assocaites. There is no charge for this initial consult. We want to make sure that our professional services will serve the best interests of his/her client's.

Negotiation services may be referred through lawyers. law enforcement, courts, government and non-government agencies.
